Only 12% See My Facebook Posts – Change That
According to an article in 2012, only 12% of your Facebook post are being seen on average. That equals to about 3 out of 25 of your post are being seen. Not very good odds, if your trying to share actual worthwhile content. (not talking about meme posts here)
So what can we do about that?
I came across this trick, but everyone actually desiring to see your posts will need to do it.
In your Friends list, you will see each friend appear.
This shows how many friends the person of interest have, and more importantly, gives you a pull-down option.
Get Notifications: By checking this, you will receive every post in your news feed. This will ensure, you get all of the messages your person of interest post on his/her Facebook.
Be warned, those that simply pushes pictures, memes, and junk can get overwhelming.
Follow Me:
There is another way to get people to acquire your Facebook posts, and that is having them follow you.
Below is the plugin for my follow link. Note the “matt.cole.7374″ ? You can get your Facebook name and replace it with mine. Place these buttons on your Website to promote people keeping up with your content.
<iframe style=”border: none; overflow: hidden; width: 450px; height: 80px;” src=”//www.facebook.com/plugins/follow?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fmatt.cole.7374&layout=standard&show_faces=true&colorscheme=light&width=450&height=80″ width=”300″ height=”150″ frameborder=”0″ scrolling=”no”></iframe>
However, the power remains to the individuals to choose to keep up with your posts and content.
Good luck.
